In the Waterway, an extra block was added at the end of the water current maze, halting the players' movement before the entrance to the cabin. In Labyrinth B, if a player talks to Professor Booster, they have the option to turn down the Booster 0.8 and climb out of the pit without it, which still allows them to get the best ending. In the Sand Zone, the last dog (Nene) can be found in the hidden save area before Omega's boss arena, instead of next to the warehouse.
If the players turn in all five dogs at once, Jenka will ask the players to wait outside, after which the house is destroyed. In the Sand Zone, players can carry more than one puppy at a time, up to five in a single stack. Chako's dialogue about the player only being able to carry one at a time was changed to reflect this. In the Bushlands, players can carry up to two units of Jellyfish Juice at a time. Players can now strafe (move around without changing the direction they face) by holding down any of the shoulder buttons.Ĭut-scenes can be sped up by holding down a button.
